Ruediger Ebel has more than 20 years of experience at the BMW Group and Alphabet International focusing on “Change the Company” in Sales and Marketing processes.
Before Ruediger became Head of New Markets at Alphabet International where he is responsible to widen the geographical coverage of Alphabet, he took on responsibilities in a Global Sales Innovation Project for BMW Financial Services. Additionally Ruediger took care of the post-merger integration of Alphabet and ING Car Lease.
Prior joining Alphabet, he held various responsibilities within the strategy department of the BMW Group Sales Division and was Marketing Director at BMW Welt. Before moving on to the BMW Group, Ruediger supported various industry players in their change programs as a consultant.
